Hello,  I'm Aileen Kane. I live on the water here in Florida.  I have lived in the Keys,  and  Caribbean for a number of years and have always been in or near the water.  I love scuba diving, underwater photography and videography, as well as sailing on our Morgan Sloop.  We have lived on the water for years and have gained a world of experience to share with you.

I have Bachelor Degrees from Indiana University and Masters work at Carnage Mellon University.  Also, Computer Technology Certificates and Nikon Photography Certificates.  I  currently host several monthly news letters relating to the Real Estate market here in Florida.

I have worked the past ten or so years in the Tampa Bay area for two of Tampa Bay's leading national real estate company's,  achieving TOP Producer status with  annual sales exceeding $22,000,000 and was ranked among the top five producers (Kenst Report).

I have taken my Real Estate experience to Charles Rutenberg Realty to specialize in the field of Real Estate I love.  That is.... helping people find their Florida dream home.  I really enjoy working with people to make sure they get the perfect home and the best deal possible.
