The properties and information presented on or through WWMG copyrighted sites is provided to prospective buyers without charge or obligation.  We are licensed Florida Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers providing a complete array of services for our clients.  We are typically compensated for our professional services by commissions paid us by sellers.

When you request additional information on properties listed on WWMG sites or on properties you have found by way of the free search engines we provide, you agree to enter into an Exclusive Representation Agreement with us on that property.  As Exclusively Buyers Agents we only represent buyers assisting them in finding the right home and provide the information needed to make the very best possible purchase.  Under this Exclusive Representation Agreement these services are available to you. This agreement allows us to receive the compensation paid by the seller and to provide our services to you at no charge.
